Team Self Care and Connection

Recently, our team took time to recharge, connect, and prioritize wellness through a private Pilates class, an experience that highlighted the importance of both self-care and team bonding. The experience provided an opportunity to strengthen connections as a team. Stepping outside of our usual routines allowed us to build relationships, share meaningful time together, and reinforce the collaborative culture that supports the care we provide.

Movement-based practices like Pilates can help reduce stress, improve mind-body awareness, and create space to reset amidst the demands of everyday life. Taking intentional time to support our own well-being allows us to show up with greater focus, energy, and presence in the work we do each day.

A special thank you to Pilates Art Studio and founder Sarah DiVincenzo for hosting such a welcoming and inspiring session. Through a thoughtful blend of movement, mindfulness, and creativity, Sarah created an experience that left our team feeling refreshed, connected, and empowered.
